West Coast Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates Pacific Graffiti Solutions, providing comprehensive graffiti removal and environmental cleanup services throughout Los Angeles. Since July 2003, we have maintained continuous operations with the City of Los Angeles, building a proven track record of excellence, reliability, and community commitment.
Our mission extends beyond removing graffiti and debris. We address environmental justice by ensuring that low-to-moderate income communities receive the same rapid-response, high-quality service as affluent neighborhoods. Based in Los Angeles, our locally-staffed teams understand the communities we serve.
